Support
Write to support@haulfinderapp.com. We answer on U.S. business days.
Please include your work email, your company name, your Chrome version, your Support ID (Cabinet → Account → Copy) and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps — cover broker names and phone numbers before you send it.
I did not get a sign-in code
- Check the spam folder for a message titled "NNNNNN is your HaulFinder sign-in code".
- A code is sent only to a work email your company has added as a seat. If you are not sure, ask your company's administrator.
- You can ask for a new code after 30 seconds, and up to six times an hour.
- You do not need a code if you press "Sign in with Google" in the Cabinet: use the Google account whose address your company added as a seat.
My code is not accepted
A code is valid for 10 minutes and works once. After five wrong tries it stops working — press "Resend code" on the Account card of the HaulFinder Cabinet (toolbar icon) and use the newest code.
I signed in but I do not see HaulFinder on the load board
- Open the load board at one.dat.com in the same Chrome profile and run a search. HaulFinder appears as a block in the page's left menu (in a narrow window, as a bar at the top of the page).
- Advanced View is switched on from that block or bar.
- Which features you see depends on your company's plan. If something is missing, write to us with your Support ID (Cabinet → Account → Copy).
HaulFinder says it stopped
If the load board reports a limit or asks you to sign in again, HaulFinder stops its own activity on that page and tells you. This protects your account. Sign in to the load board again if it asks, and wait before trying again.
Connecting Gmail
- In the HaulFinder Cabinet (toolbar icon), sign in first, then press "Connect Gmail" under Mailboxes in the left column.
- Google asks for one permission only: "Send email on your behalf". HaulFinder cannot read your mail.
- If Google shows "Google hasn't verified this app", our verification with Google is still in progress: choose Advanced, then continue.
- If your company uses Google Workspace and connecting is blocked, your Workspace administrator can allow HaulFinder in the Google Admin console (Security → API controls → App access control).
- Click a mailbox to open its templates and their signatures. HaulFinder sends an email only when you press to send it — never by itself.
- To disconnect, press × next to the mailbox in the Cabinet — HaulFinder's access is revoked with Google at the same time. You can also remove it in your Google Account under Security → Third-party connections.
Broker credit from RTS Pro
- It needs your own RTS Pro account. In the Cabinet, open Account in the left column and, in the "RTS broker credit" card, press "Connect RTS". Chrome asks once for access to rtspro.com; then sign in to RTS Pro in the tab that opens.
- HaulFinder never sees your RTS Pro password. "Disconnect RTS" removes the connection and gives the access back; you can also remove it in Chrome's extension settings.
Sign out, remove, delete my data
- Sign out: toolbar icon → Cabinet → Account (left column) → Sign out.
- Removing the extension deletes everything it stored in your browser.
- To delete what our server holds about you, write to support@haulfinderapp.com or ask your company's administrator. See the Privacy Policy.
Seats and billing
- Price. The first 30 days are free and need no card. After that HaulFinder costs $5 per seat per month, in US dollars, charged monthly in advance by Stripe. One seat is one dispatcher. Prices do not include taxes.
- Seats. Your company's administrator says which work emails hold a seat. To change the number of seats you pay for, write to support@haulfinderapp.com: a seat we add works as soon as we add it, and the new number is paid from the next billing period, with no extra charge for the part of a month that is left.
- Card. To add or update a card, write to support@haulfinderapp.com. If no card is added by the end of the 30 days, the seats stop working.
- Cancelling. Your company's administrator can cancel at any time by writing to support@haulfinderapp.com. HaulFinder keeps working until the end of the period that is already paid. A payment for a month that has started is not refunded.
- If a payment fails. Stripe tries the card again. If the payment is still not made after 7 days, the seats stop working and the Gmail connections of those seats are removed from our server. Paying again switches the seats back on; the mailboxes are connected again from the Cabinet.
- What you buy. HaulFinder is a Chrome extension: nothing is shipped. Access starts as soon as a dispatcher installs it and signs in with the work email that holds a seat.
- All of it, in the words that bind both sides: Terms of Service, section 2.
