HaulFinder
A Chrome extension for truckload dispatchers. It works with your own DAT One account, in the browser tab you already use, and puts the numbers you decide on right next to each load.
Know what a load really pays
- Rate per mile including deadhead, not only the posted figure
- Estimated profit per load from your own truck costs, fuel price and MPG
- Road route and miles for a load on a map, with the empty miles before and after it
- How long you have actually been seeing a posting, so a re-posted load does not look new
Email brokers from your own Gmail
- Every mailbox you connect keeps its own templates; the load's details fill in by themselves, and a detail the load does not have is simply left out
- Give a template your signature, with your logo if you like
- On a load, open the message, check it and press Send — or send it in one press from the mailbox and template you picked for that search
- HaulFinder never sends an email by itself: each one goes out because you pressed a button
How HaulFinder uses your Google data
Connecting Gmail is optional. When you connect it, Google asks you to allow HaulFinder one thing: to
send email on your behalf (the gmail.send permission). HaulFinder uses it only to send your
emails to brokers, each one when you press to send it. It cannot read, search, label or delete your mail. The messages go from
your browser directly to Gmail and do not pass through our server; our server keeps only the encrypted
permission and the connected address, and deletes it — revoking the permission with Google — when you remove
the mailbox. HaulFinder's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements. Details: Privacy Policy, section 4.
Work the board faster
- Advanced View — a compact board with the columns you choose, a card for each load and your searches as tabs; refresh it with one press, or let it refresh itself every 30 seconds or more while you are looking at it
- Hide loads to or from Canada or Mexico, duplicates, canceled loads, and states or brokers you do not work with
- Notes on loads, kept in your own browser
- Optional: the broker's factoring credit from your own RTS Pro account
Careful with your account
HaulFinder works only inside your own signed-in session and never asks for your load board password. It does not scan in the background, and it stops at once if the site reports a limit or asks you to sign in again. Your loads, notes and settings stay in your browser; we do not sell data. Read exactly what reaches our server.
How to get it
HaulFinder is sold to carrier companies by subscription, per dispatcher seat. Your company's administrator gives you access and the install link; you sign in with your work email and a one-time code. To talk about a subscription, write to support@haulfinderapp.com.
